Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, you can pay by PayPal. You can also pay using Visa, MasterCard and direct bank deposit within the PayPal secure environment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal for your payment, simply check out as a guest when you reach the payment screen. We process all payments securely through PayPal. No credit card details are collected through this site.

 

Do you accept offline payment?

Yes you are able to pay via phone credit card payment if you would prefer not to disclose payment details online. Simply go through the checkout, selecting Pay Via Telephone and we will give you a call to finalise your payment with our in store EFPOS facilities.

 

I have a large order. Do you ship in bulk?

What happens if my item arrives broken?

We take care to pack each and every item securely so it reaches you in pristine condition. In the unlikely event of any damage, we will happily replace your item quickly and without a fuss. 

 

It’s important to note that you are responsible for inspecting your order, and noting any potential damage, before you sign for it. Any damage should be noted on the courier driver’s delivery sheet. Gippsland Home Living do not accept liability for any damage if you have signed acceptance without checking first. 

 

What are your shipping costs?

We have a special rate of $10 flat rate for delivery within the Wonthaggi District, please allow 1-5 days for your delivery to arrive. In some remote areas it may take up to 10 working days for your parcel to reach you so please be patient. Our staff will either hand deliver your item or send your parcel via local courier. We will call you to confirm a delivery time to ensure you are home to accept your parcel. If we are unable to deliver to you within 2 attempts your parcel will be waiting for collection in store.

 

Alternatively you can order now and pick up in store when it’s convenient for you, with no handing costs whatsoever. Your order will be packed up and ready for you at the service counter.

 

Can I pick up items directly from your store?

Yes, you are able to order online and then pop into the store to pick up your order the next business day. Simply bring in a copy of your order confirmation (either a print out or show the email on your phone), as well as photo ID. 

 

How can I place an Order?

Placing an order with Gippsland Home Living is simple.

 

  1. Firstly, select the items you wish to purchase and click the Green “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your order. Continue with this process with any other items you wish to purchase.
  2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the “Cart” icon in Green at the top right of the page.
  3. Confirm your order, then select proceed to checkout.
  4. You can select the address and payment method you would like to use as well as make a payment through PayPal’s secure checkout as you go through the check out.
  5. Follow the prompts at the bottom right hand side of each page to complete the process.
  6. We will send you a confirmation email and call you to confirm delivery.

If I make the payment Via Credit Card, Are my details Protected and Secure?

To ensure online purchases are secure and protected, all transactions on this site are processed using PayPal Payment Express. This is an online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure, hosted environment. Protecting your personal information and the orders placed through Gippsland Home Living is our priority. If you would prefer to pay over the phone via our EFPOS facilities

 

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).

 

What if I am not home when my package arrives?

We will call to confirm a time to deliver your package, if we are unable to deliver to you within 2 attempts your package will be available for collection in store.
